Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. After this period, production may have already begun.
Processing Time
Processing time for custom items is 2–4 weeks. Pre-designed items ship within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Policy
Shipping times vary based on location. Once shipped, Sugar’s Creations is not responsible for postal delays.

Custom Order Disclaimer
All custom orders are created based on the details provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all submitted sizes, colors, themes, names, dates, and personalization details before approval.

Once a custom order has been confirmed and payment has been made, changes may not be possible. Additional changes may result in extra fees and extended turnaround times.

Because custom items are made specifically for you, all approved custom orders are final sale.
